सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सुनवाई पर ग़ौर करें। ग़नीमत है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अभी तक SIR को रद्द नहीं किया है लेकिन आज कोर्ट ने यह बात भी कह दी कि अगर गड़बड़ी पाई गई और याचिकाकर्ताओं की बातें सही निकलीं तो SIR को रद्द भी कर सकते हैं। ड्राफ्ट सूची बन जाने के बाद भी रद्द कर सकते हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 29 जुलाई को फिर से सुनने का समय तय किया है लेकिन आज जिस तरह से कोर्ट ने दस्तावेज़ों को लेकर आयोग को घेरा है, उससे साफ है कि आयोग के पास ठोस कुछ भी नहीं है। वह बस कृपा और संयोग के आधार पर टिका हुआ है। इस वीडियो में देखिएगा कि कैसे मतदाता के अधिकार के साथ खिलवाड़ का यह अभियान चल रहा है और जनता भी उदासीन है।

चुनाव आयोग को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ADR ने बुरा फंसा दिया है। 48 घन्टे बाद 28 जुलाई को SIR के मुद्दे पर सुनवाई होनी है लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि इस बार मुख्यन्यायाधीश बी आर गवई के सामने ज्ञानेश कुमार का आयोग जवाब नहीं दे पाएगा। ADR ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कहा है कि बिहार में चुनाव आयोग द्वारा चलाया जा रहा विशेष मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण (SIR) नागरिकों के अधिकारों का हनन है. यह पूर्ववर्ती सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों का उल्लंघन करता है. संगठन ने Aadhaar जैसे सामान्य दस्तावेजों को खारिज करने को 'बेतुका' बताया और मतदाताओं को नागरिकता साबित करने की बाध्यता को अनुचित करार दिया. ADR ने BLO द्वारा गाइडलाइंस के उल्लंघन, फर्जी फॉर्म भरने और भारी पैमाने पर नाम काटने की आशंका जताई है.
