फेसबुक के जरिए इश्क में पड़े एक युवक ने अधेड़ प्रेमिका को देखकर इस कदर आहत हुआ कि उसने पहले प्रेमिका की हत्या की और फिर अपनी जान देती.
फेसबुक के जरिए एक महिला के प्यार में ढाई साल से पागल एक युवक को जब यहां आकर पता चला कि उसकी प्रेमिका कमसिन एवं खूबसूरत युवती की बजाय तीन बच्चों की मां और अधेड उम्र की महिला है, तो उसने पहले महिला के सीने में नजदीक से गोली मारकर कथित रुप से उसकी हत्या कर दी और बाद में खुद को उसी पिस्तौल से गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली. जबलपुर रेंज के पुलिस महानिरीक्षक उपेन्द्र जैन ने रविवार को बताया कि मृतक की पहचान विनीत सिंह (25) निवासी ग्राम बचंदा काजन जिला मुजफ्फरनगर (उत्तर प्रदेश) और उसकी फेसबुक की प्रेमिका जबलपुर निवासी ज्योति कोरी (42) के रुप में की गई है.उन्होंने कहा कि प्रेमिका के बुलाने पर मुजफ्फरनगर से जबलपुर आए विनीत ने शुक्रवार शाम को शहर के पर्यटनस्थल भेडाघाट में इस घटना को अंजाम दिया. जैन ने बताया कि ज्योति और विनीत की फेसबुक पर दोस्ती हुई थी.उन्होंने कहा कि ज्योति ने फेसबुक में अपनी फोटो की जगह एक कमसिन और खूबसूरत लडकी की फोटो डाली थी, जिसे देखकर विनीत उसका दीवाना हो गया. पहले सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट पर ही दोस्ती बढ़ी और धीरे-धीरे दोनों में प्यार हो गया. जैन ने बताया कि प्रेमिका के बुलावे पर युवक घर में नौकरी की तलाश में दिल्ली जाने का बहाना कर जबलपुर शहर आया और यहां अपनी इस प्रेमिका से मिलने शुक्रवार शाम पांच बजे निर्धारित स्थान भेडाघाट पहुंच गया. ज्योति ने विनीत को कैंटीन के पीछे बुलाया और उसने जब अपनी प्रेमिका को देखा तो वह अधेड़ और तीन बच्चों की मां निकली, जिसकी उसने कल्पना नहीं थी.
